A whimsical cake and café land. The Glass Knife makes you feel like you are entering a whole new world. The café is beautiful on the inside and also serves beautiful doughnuts. Their flavors change throughout the seasons, which leaves you wondering what is next! They offer both buttermilk brioche doughnuts and old-fashioned cake doughnuts. I typically go for the one that is most aesthetically pleasing at the time, which to me means A LOT of colors.
